Strong-Acid Corrosion in LFP Production Lines Drives Upgrade — JIANBANG Selection

LFP battery material production line, reactors and storage tanks

Lithium iron phosphate (LFP) and lithium hexafluorophosphate production lines handle strong acids, hydrofluoric acid and strong solvents, causing pitting and perforation of reactors and storage tanks. Correct material selection by section is critical.

Selection by media

JB-98 resists 98% sulfuric acid for up to 720 h for acid sections; JB-406 resists hydrofluoric acid and mixed acids; JB-8866 withstands strong solvents and caustic used in purification.

Across the whole line

From leaching and crystallization to purification, JIANBANG matches JB-98 / JB-406 / JB-8866 to the actual media in each vessel, avoiding one-size-fits-all failures.
